What to Expect…
Your comprehensive hour-long breastfeeding consultation is designed to give you the personalized support you need. As your lactation consultant, I provide an infant-focused assessment, hands-on breastfeeding and latch assistance, and a thorough latch evaluation to ensure your baby is feeding effectively. When possible, we'll conduct a weighted feed evaluation to measure exactly how much milk your baby is transferring.
Every session includes personalized education and counseling tailored to your specific needs and concerns. Whether you're struggling with supply issues, painful nursing, or simply want reassurance that everything is going well, we'll address what matters most to you. I also provide expert guidance on breast pump selection, proper sizing, and optimal pumping techniques to support your breastfeeding goals.

Hi, I'm McCall Conkling — a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) serving the North Denver Metro area. I've worked in nursing for seven years, with the last few focused on Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care. Supporting women through these early days of motherhood has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.
My path to becoming a lactation consultant began after I faced my own breastfeeding challenges. I realized how much difference the right support and information could have made — and that's what I hope to offer you through personalized breastfeeding support.
